Learn this path — every client goes through it:

1. Request (form / message / call)
2. We answer within 4 working hours
3. We understand the task (ask, listen, confirm)
4. Proposal with a clear price: government fee + our service fee
5. Client says yes → payment
6. We do the work — the client gets updates without asking
7. Task done → we offer ongoing care (accounting, renewals, deadlines)
8. The client stays for years

Your role as an operations specialist

• You are the client's single window. The client does not need to know which government body does what — that is our job. The client talks to ONE person who cares: you.
• Updates without asking. The worst client feeling: «I paid and they disappeared». Even when nothing happened, write: «Your file is with the immigration office, everything is on schedule, next update on Monday.»
• Deadlines live in the system, not in your head. Every date (license renewal, visa expiry, tax filing) must be written into the company system the moment you learn it. Heads forget; systems do not.
• Escalate early. Something looks wrong, a client is angry, a government office gives an unexpected answer → tell your senior the same day. Bad news early = small problem. Bad news late = big problem.

The 5 pillars of ongoing care — why clients stay

1. Accounting & taxes — monthly.
2. Compliance & corporate secretary — yearly reports, renewals.
3. Wealth & legacy administration — long-term (wills, structures).
4. Education support — school years of the kids.
5. Staff & growth support — hiring, expansion.

BRIDGE RULE. Every finished task must end with a bridge to care: «Done! By the way, your license renews in March — we track it, you relax.»
