What METATRIA does
METATRIA is a consulting company in Dubai, UAE. We help people and businesses move to the UAE and live here with comfort.
A client comes and says: «I want to move to Dubai», «I want to open a company», «I need a bank account». We know HOW: which documents are needed, which government office to go to, how much it costs, how long it takes. We do the work — the client saves time and avoids mistakes.
We have 16 service lines — we call them divisions. Examples: company formation, visas, bank accounts, accounting and taxes, real estate, education for children, health navigation. You will learn each division step by step. This Foundation course gives you the base for all of them.
Our business model in one sentence
A client enters once — and stays with us for years.
A client first comes for one thing (a company or a visa). Then we take care of their whole life in the UAE: accounting every month, government reports every year, renewals of licenses and visas, family matters. This is called ongoing care (recurring services). It is the heart of our business.
Your main job is to make the client feel: «I never want to leave this company».
Our service creed — 3 steps
- Warm, professional greeting. Use the client's name. Be polite and calm.
- Understand before you answer. Ask questions. Listen. Repeat the task back: «So you need X, correct?»
- Always give the next step and the date. Never finish with «okay». Finish with: «Next, we will do X. I will come back to you by Thursday.»
GOLDEN RULE OF SPEED. Answer every client message within 4 working hours. Even without the full answer: «I received your message, I am checking, I will reply by tomorrow morning.»
How to learn in this course
- You do NOT need to remember everything at once. You will come back many times — this is also your reference book.
- Every new word is explained. Not clear — check the Glossary chapter in the wiki book or ask. There are no stupid questions here.
- A mistake in training is normal. A hidden mistake is a problem. Not sure — say it. Nobody will be angry.
