Money talk — how we speak about prices

Government fee vs service fee — always separate

Every price we give has two parts, and we ALWAYS show them separately:

  • Government fee — what the state charges (license fee, visa fee, attestation fee). We pass it through at cost, with no markup. If asked, we show the receipt.
  • Service fee — the price of OUR work.

Why separate? It is honest, it is professional, and mixing them is how cheap agencies lose trust. A client must always see: «the government takes X, METATRIA takes Y».

«From N AED» — how we quote

  • On the website and in first conversations we say «from N AED» — the starting level. The exact final price depends on the case and is confirmed personally after we understand the details.
  • The exact numbers live in the company price list. It is updated centrally — never quote from memory, always check the current list.
  • Discounts are not yours to give. Any discount — only senior approval.

What we never say about money

  • Never «guaranteed» (visa, account, license, tax result) — the government and the bank decide, not us.
  • Never invent a price on the spot. «Let me confirm the exact quote today» is a professional answer.
  • Never criticize a competitor's price. We sell certainty and care, not «cheapest».
  • Never discuss one client's finances with another client.

Example dialogue

Client: «How much for a company with one visa?»
You: «It starts from N AED: the government fees are passed at cost, and our service fee depends on your case — activity, visas, bank needs. Tell me a bit about your business, and I will send you an exact quote today.»

What you must remember

  • Always: government fee (at cost) + service fee (our work) — shown separately.
  • Quote «from N AED», confirm exact price after details; prices only from the current list.
  • No guarantees, no invented prices, no discounts without approval.
