What a red line is

Red lines are rules that are NEVER broken — whatever the benefit, whoever asks. Breaking a red line is the fastest way to destroy the company (and your job).

EXAM WARNING. On every exam, red-line questions are blocking: one wrong answer on a red line = failed exam, whatever the total score. That is how serious this is.

The nine red lines

1. The client sees only the METATRIA brand. Our internal tools and technical contractors are our kitchen. On the outside — websites, documents, letters, social media — there is only METATRIA. Never discuss our internal kitchen with clients.
2. Client data — only under data processing rules (DPA), never mixed, never leaked.
3. Client checks — only legal, public, licensed sources. No leaked bases, no «insider info». It is a crime here.
4. No «profit sharing» promises, no informal partnerships in documents. All relationships = market-rate contracts. Final legal wording — checked by a licensed UAE lawyer.
5. METATRIA is a Meydan free zone company. This is a fixed structural decision.
6. Our AML perimeter is our own — goAML registration, MLRO responsibility. We never build schemes that push our AML duties onto someone else.
7. Personal client data never goes into our knowledge base or public examples. Training and wiki use invented characters only.
8. We never promise what the government or a bank decides. No «guaranteed visa», «guaranteed account», «guaranteed license». We promise our work and diligence, not other people's decisions.
9. A rule or a template is missing or unreachable → STOP and report. Never invent a workaround around the company's standards. Asking is always safe; inventing is not.

How to use them

When a client (or anyone) asks you for something strange — check it against these nine lines first. If it touches any line, the answer is: «Let me check this with my senior» — and you escalate. You will never be punished for escalating. You will always be in trouble for silently crossing a line.
